While sniffing around to try to find a slightly different take on what happened last night with the Democratic race ( and having a difficult time finding one), this old dog did find this interesting note from a blogger in Australia. I figure the only reason he let the cat out of the bag is he didn't have the money to participate in the bidding. But, you never know, perhaps one of our gentle readers has the wherewithall to make a run at it, so since my master won't be getting into the bidding war, he will pass on this tidbit as a public service announcement.
Scarlett Johansson will totally date you - if the price is right. The bodacious blonde is auctioning off a chance to be her special guest at the premiere of her upcoming film “He’s Just Not That Into You” to benefit Oxfam, the international relief organization. The lucky winner of the eBay auction will get two tickets to the event. “One-hundred percent of the proceeds go directly to supporting Oxfam’s work,” the star of “The Other Boleyn Girl” said in a video on the auction site. “So please bid high.” The film, based on the best-selling book and co-starring Jennifer Aniston, Drew Barrymore and Ben Affleck, is slated to premiere in July in either New York or Los Angeles. The auction runs though March 12

With Barack's rock star persona, maybe this would be a good way to raise cash. He could auction himself off to the highest bidder. Hmmmmmmmm
